The screen overlay was very hard to apply without air bubbles. Fortunately I bought two because I ruined the first one trying to get to go on straight. The second wasn’t much better. I was unable to remove all the air bubbles. It is important to protect the screen but I’m still looking for one that works.

4 Stars Does what I needed
I’m satisfied with the results of the Belkin Screen Overlay. It was very easy to apply. Under certain lighting conditions the overlay has a rainbow effect which I found mildly distracting. I haven’t tried other screen overlays, but I think that overall this is a good buy (3-Pack) and it does a good job at protecting the screen on my iPod Touch.

The case works well, however scratches are visible on the front cover. It is also very hard to get the case off once it is put on. Using a larger coin such as a nickle to remove the case is suggested.

5 Stars This case will save your ipod
Just as the title says. This case will save the look of your ipod touch. I use my ipod every day and work and I have only taken it out of the case about 5 time. The metal back of the ipod touch looks like I just pulled it out of the box. Also the case comes with a protective film to put on over the screen. This screen is great and helps save the ipod screen. I cant say enough good things about this case from the price to the durability of the case. for any iphone/ipod touch owner this is a must have product.

5 Stars The what apple forgot kit
This group of products is what Apple forgot to ship to you with you ipod it is great, the only bad thing of this is the earphones which they are very personal cause sometimes you can get ear dirt out with it and can be very disgusting to some people but over all it is great and cheap.

1 Star Charger doesn’t work
I got the ordered product well within time. I was very impressed. Unfortunately the same can’t be said once I opened the packet and tried to use the home charger. The home charger doesn’t charge my iPod. I tried using different cable (the original that I got along with my iPod) but to no avail. It simply won’t work.

Also, the black rubber case smells.

Overall, I won’t recommend this product to any one. Please stay away from this one…I am looking to return it.

5 Stars You cannot go wrong!
I was a little bit skeptical at first because of the price. Originally I just wanted a case for the itouch, being that it scratches so easily. So I came across this set which has everything you’d ever need for it. I’ll give my oppinion on everything individually:

-Clear Screen Protector: This things amazing, protects the screen from scratches where you touch. it does not cover the entire screen, only where it is touch sensitive…the silicone case already does that.

-120V A/C adapter- UNIVERSAL…enough said…but i can plug in like any usb device and power it from the wall, does its job basically

-car adaptor- UNIVERSAL…i can charge my phone (i have a USB charger) and ipod! maybe ill try putting in a hub so i can charge both at once..?

-silicone case- someone reviewed this said the case smelled bad? well u have to really sniff the case to get a gross silicone smell, and who in the right state of mind sniffs their ipod?

-earbud headphones- they do their job. but theyre very cheap headphones, what do you expect for 10 bucks??

overall, what an awesome deal, buy it!

4 Stars It works
I had the same issues trying to get this on right, but I don’t think mine was even cut straight. If you move the film over to align the outer edges, the opening for the home button gets skewed and vice versa. The film is also really easy to scratch. I have a 1G Touch with an older film by a previous owner that has less scratches than this one and I just bought after Christmas…and it’s centered! Anyway, this film works as advertised, but it makes the screen look worse because the film gets the slightest of scratches. Good thing I have then, huh?

A trick to putting film on is to use a very small amount of soapy water. It’s the same technique used to put tint on cars. This way you can still slide the film around for a few seconds before the water evaporates and it gives you time to remove the air pockets with the provided squeegee. Let is sit for about 15 minutes to air dry and you’re done.

Just make sure you have a towel near you to dab up the water before it creates a mess and don’t turn on your iPod. Squeegee the water towards the top of the iPod and not the bottom because there are open receptacles at the bottom and I wouldn’t want to chance water getting through the home button. Don’t worry, the glass seals out moisture, just don’t pour water on it and let it sit (hence the towel).

1 Star Pitiful.
Firstly:

The screen protector comes with two sticker tabs attached, to aid in aligning the protector with the screen. This worked well. This protector easily aligned. However, removing the sticker tabs themselves left a mess of paper and glue residue on the protector, smugging it up terribly. Attempts to clean the glue residue off resulted in it spreading to cover about 1/4 of the screen, without actually cleaning anything, and in a wasted 30 minutes of my time. It took about two days of use before the glue simply wore off from use.

Secondly:

The screen bubbles up around the edges, and refuses to stick. Fortunately, my iPod Touch also has a plastic case (covers everything but the home button and the screen itself), which keeps the protector secure. If you don’t have a case, you can expect the protector to start sliding loose within about two days.

Thirdly:

The screen protector can’t even protect itself. Attempts to remove the initial glue residue left 1/4 of the protector severely scratched, creating a noticeable glare effect. Within three days, the protector has been completely covered in scratches, many of which are clearly visible while the screen is displaying an image. I have owned my watch for several months (eight, maybe?), and to protect its screen, I simply laid some packaging tape over it, then etched out the correct shape with a sewing pin. I’ve replaced that tape once in the time I’ve owned this watch, and it’s worked perfectly. It didn’t cost $5 either.

(Note: I did not use packaging tape on the iPod Touch since it is near impossible to get a large piece of clean packaging tape. The stuff often has smears and smudges on it to begin with, especially if you pull it off the roll slowly. It only works well with smaller applications.)

3 Stars ehh.. works.. kinda?
I had to order this product twice, since the first time, the screen protector did to stick down to the ipod when i tried to pull the top protective layer off, which pulled the screen shield off too!

But when i actually got it on, the product looks great as I applied with would any bubbles pretty easily.

The problem comes after you put the screen shield on, as the film scratches very easily, which ruins the look. After just one day of putting it in my pocket, i found a huge scratch across the film, distorting the color a little.

Overall, the screen protector works as it protects the screen of the ipod, but since it scratches pretty easily, its not worth buying.. i ended up taking it off after about 2 months of seeing a scratched up screen shield and replaced it with a Best Skins Ever, which i am enjoying so far.

By far the best, and easiest of all the screen protectors that I’ve used. I got it on the first try, with no air bubbles at all. It basically put itself on. It covers the whole screen, even under the home button. Would definetively buy again. Great product-worth the $15.

I had another screen protector on my ipod and it took about 10 minutes for me to get it on and it still has air bubbles all over. I bought having other griffin products and liking them. These are definitely worth it, even at 15 bucks. This protector is a little stiff and very easy to put on. It took 30 seconds to put it on and NO bubbles. Not sure why you would need 5 in a pack but they are great.

4 Stars Protect your investment!
A must have for any Apple iPod touch 16 GB (1st Generation) or Apple iPod touch 8 GB (2nd Generation) owner. If you are like me and hate the idea of possible scratches, smudges or finger prints on your screen then you have to buy this screen care kit. Like many others have notated on other reviews, the instructions are not worth even looking at. Just read the explanations on the reviews on how to apply the film (thank you to the reviewers who posted them). This film is much easier to apply than others I have tried. I had NO air bubbles or lint. I did not have to be re-adjusting or clipping corners because it hung over the sides of my iPod.

Perfect price for “FIVE” screen covers and no-lint cleaning cloth. Now keep in mind that the human body has oils in their skin and occasionally you have to wipe the screen cover to clean the oily residue. I normally just use a small cloth with a very a tiny amount of mild dish soap and water to wipe it clean since you do not want water drops to fall in the unit itself.

The product is worth 5 stars but since the instructions were not helpful I gave it four stars.

The reason i bought this case was to save some space in my pockets and this item did this very well. I use to leave the house with my itouch w/other leather case, wallet, and voyager it just took too space in my pockets. This is the second case I have gotten for my ipod touch. The first was a Belkin folio. I use my ipod touch for grad school and will be using it in patient care situations ( I am a nurse practitioner student). This case is very professional. The case holds the ipod securely, does not cover up any of the keys and my ipod does not slip out (these are problems I had with the Belkin case). Very wise investment!

5 Stars High quality leather case for Itouch
This is definetely a worthwhile buy for your Itouch. The materials feel high quality, it does not make the itouch too bulky and fits relatively well. One thing to note is that the case is slightly loose for the Itouch so it does tend to slide around a bit inside the case itself. Still would purchase again give the alternatives.

I really liked it because it was exactly what I was looking for. A tight fitting, comfortable soft leather case that easily slips in my pocket while protecting my iPod.
