When I first purchased the Ipod Classic 6th Generation, I already have knew how the Ipod works, handles, etc. I have been really happy with this product, little shocked with how big of a box it was shipped with for such a small product, but not any of my worries. I have used the Ipod almost everyday, and I have had no worries about it. Hope this helps some.

I owned an iPod nano 8 GB (3rd Generation) and loved its size. Life at the gym could’t get any easier. But the dream ended when my playlist reached full capacity (wow, 8gb? you should be ashamed). Anyway, sold the little fellow and read some reviews hoping to buy the new nano (4th gen). Why the hell did they messed up with the compatibility? Thanks to all of you who wrote that it was not possible to turn off “shake to shuffle”, dealbreaker.

So, it was back to the review board, now regarding the Classic model, 6th generation. Yes, it’s a lot bigger, yes, I was used to the little one, but this is just amazing. Hey, I even use it as a external hard drive. It’s pretty slim and not at all heavy.

I think iPod Classic is a great buy. Even a movie is appreciated (though small screen, but it’s a lot better than no movie at all in a doctor’s waiting room, airport or travel).

Hope this helps and I really hope Apple will listen to their nano disappointed customers.

Wife loves it! We set it up on our wireless lan and she never puts it down. We have used it to load maps for places we are tring to find and to send emails when we are out at a shop that has wifi. Good purchase but it could be about 100 dollars cheaper.

I love this IPOD! The picture quality is great. There are a ton of really cool apps available. The only issue I have is with the external speakers. They aren’t very loud. But overall it’s great.

5 Stars Amazing, and very useful
First let me say that having this makes me wish I had an iPhone (because I need Verizon, I cannot have one). This is such an amazing product. It is not only for entertainment, but also helps with many other things. My favorite thing about the Touch are the free applications. While I am not thrilled with the way you have to sync, etc., once I got the hang of it, it wasn’t that bad. There are some really great utilities out there and they make having this VERY useful for me. I can use it to store pictures of things that I collect, and when I go to an auction to preview lots, etc., I can just call them up and compare them. Audiobooks are great. There is a Kindle application. This is probably the most useful piece of technology that I own, in respect of personal productivity. There are enough applications out there that you can customize this into a personal electronic assistant. I am simply amazed. And now that most hotels have a player, you can have your own music, etc.. Also, with many vehicles allowing you to run your music through the radio, you have fast, clear, music at your fingertips. Buy a screen protector to protect your investment….it’s really great. Music is great. Video is sharp, and very easy to view. Viewing angle is not bad either. Some of the free games are also great! With all the free stuff, let me tell you, there are even better ones that cost relatively little.

This product has been on the market for almost 2 months. From its’ listed functions, I think it is must be a hot product. I just wondered: where is the other reviews?

2 Stars SERIOUS COMPATABILITY ISSUES
I bought this item thinking of it as an mp3 player the other features did not interest me to much. It is not compatable with itunes or windows media player so it is difficult to get music on to it and when you do there are only limited options for play back. the apperance is pleasing but the compatablility with accessories is also a problem. Technophiles will be able to make this one work I suppose for the rest of use here is the # for customer service you will need it- 718-946-7491.
