2 Stars Sport Arm Band
This was a good attempt at a useful bit of gear, but ended up falling short of my expectations. First, the main compartment was too large, allowing the iPod to slip out – with potentially damaging effect. I ended up using a small spring clip to keep the top closed. Also, the card compartment is barely wide enough for a credit card. This is awkward if your gym card is slightly oversized. However, the thing that led me to switch to a different arm band was the lack of storage for ear buds. Belkin or Marware offer better solutions.

the stitches started coming apart after my first use.
the plastic is not clear, which makes no sense for a case that is supposedly made for the video ipod.
the armband is too loose for the Ipod 80gb
for the amount they’re charging this thing should fit the ipod like a glove.
5 Stars Smarter than the product
I like this product a lot! Before buying anything on amazon I always try and read through most of the reviews and some the reviews for this one made me scepticle to buy it. But I’m very glad I did. Some of the reviews say the clip on it can turn sideways and become comfortable. And they’re right…if you’re not smarter than a third grader and twist the band when tightening the armband it can become lopsided so people that complain about every little detail shouldn’t buy this product. It is great for any exercise from running to weightlifting. They say it can fall out. So rotate the thing so your iPod doesn’t fall out, seriously it takes longer to complain about than it does to fix the “problem”. Another awesome thing about it is that it has a pouch for your gym card or key that is not only a pouch but protects from sweat touching your iPod..and trust me I sweat quite a bit so this is extremely helpful. For twenty dollars this is a great product and I will argue with anyone that says otherwise…hopefully this makes your decision easier! Happy trails
