1 Star Do Not Use for the 2G
Do not use the case for the 2G ipod touch. I have notice that I have to do a reboot to turn it on after the ipod is in the case for a few hours, and that the battery is less than 10% charged. A search of the internet seems to show that the 2G has a problem with magnetic cases where the magnets are on either side of the home button.
Also the battery charger does not charge the 2G. This was a worthless purchase.

I saw the review below where the person said that magnets in the case made his ipod keep freezing up. I thought he was crazy. I bought this case, and literally two minutes after putting my touch in the case, it froze up. I have recreated this problem several times now. Touch works just fine out of the case, in the case it shuts down within two minutes. I understand that most people are not having this problem, but obviously some people are. Do a google search for “ipod touch magnet case” and you can read all about it…
It’s a real shame because spending $30 on a case is ridiculous. I am going to try and take the magnets out of the case and see if I can get things to work that way.
3 Stars Case is great, charger is not compatible.
I do like the case, fits my iPod Touch perfectly. Don’t expect the car charger to work, when I plug it in my iPod says the charger is incompatible. The case itself is worth this price, so why does this company add in a defective piece that leaves the customer disappointed. I knew it would be too good to be true.
